Holiday and Absence Request Form

If there is an exceptional circumstance and you need to request an absence for your child a form is available below which must be passed to the Executive Headteacher or Head of School for their consideration. No holidays will be authorised during term time and a Fixed Penalty Notice may be issued in-line with Newcastle Local Authority guidelines.
