Check this page for any letters that we have sent home regarding trips, school clubs or other important notices.

At present, some families are eligible for free childcare for their two-year-olds. From April 2024 this will extend to some working families. From September 2024 this offer will extend to some nine-month-olds. To find out more about the working parent entitlement, please scan the QR code on the attached flyer or visit Childcare Choices website www.childcarechoices.gov.uk.

 

Also attached is information about the change in eligibility criteria for parents and carers whose children currently access 15 hours free childcare. The government is making more people eligible for 30 hours free childcare. Please check the flyer in case this is you!

SEMH ARP Consultation- Cheviot Primary School

In accordance with the DFE’s Guidance on making significant changes to an open Academy, the Board of Trustees of Smart Academy Trust is consulting on the proposal to close the ARP for primary aged pupils who have SEMH needs at Cheviot Primary School.

 

You are invited to respond to the consultation via the form at the end of this letter. All responses must be received by Monday 12th June 2023.
