Joe Wicks Mental Health Awareness Workout

On Thursday 14th May, to celebrate Mental Awareness Week, our school took part in a Joe Wicks high energy workout to highlight how beneficial exercise can be for our mental health. Thousands of schools from around the country and world took part in the session. The children all gave 100% and felt great afterwards. Well done everyone!
