Sports week

Every year we dedicate one week in the Summer term to ‘sports week’ and a dedicated amount of the school budget is set aside to spend on valuable enrichment activities for the whole school to enjoy. In the past we hired inflatables for one day of the week but last year we decided to spend the money on workshops throughout the week in frisbee, golf and fencing.

This year we decided to ask our pupils whether they would like us to spend the money on the inflatables or on multiple workshops. Here are their votes:

Option 1 (inflatables) – 14.7%

Option 2 (workshops) = 85.3%

Mr Mottram and Mrs Love have got the message and are currently looking into what exciting activities they can book!

Sports week this year will be week beginning Monday 15^th June.
