This year's Anti Bullying Week theme was Power for Good! Mrs.Abbott showed us how to be a superhero in her assembly when she magically turned herself into a superhero- wearing her empathy boots, invisibility cloak, guiding gloves, thinking headband and brave heart necklace. We all have the equipment to put our power to good use.   

Later in the week we went to Mrs.Abbott’s Anti-bullying workshop where we designed shields for our superheroes.  We thought carefully about our slogans and our designs to make sure that the message was bold and clear.  We would see our work again in the gallery as they were made into bunting! 

Throughout the week each year group had an Anti-bullying task.  Everyone’s work was displayed in the hall and we all had the opportunity to view the gallery.  It was lovely to see our work on display, and we enjoyed looking at each class’s project.  The hall looked so special.  After school we opened the doors to a flood of proud adults who came to see our gallery of work.  The adults were very impressed, and it brought a smile to everyone's faces.
