At Cheviot, homework is structured around challenge-based tasks designed to promote pupil choice and engagement. At the beginning of each term, pupils are informed of the required number of tasks to be completed and are then given the opportunity to select which tasks they undertake.

The approach for our Year 6 cohort differs slightly, with the Spring term and the first half of the Summer term focused primarily on preparation for the Standard Assessment Tests (SATs).
